- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing customer relationships.
- Independently manage and coordinate transactional proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotations from initial customer inquiry through final submission.
- Develop customer-specific proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial offerings in coordination with Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, Procurement, and other internal teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, accurate, and commercially competitive proposals.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, coordinate internal deliverables, and escalate commercial or operational risks as appropriate.
- Support commercial negotiations, contract reviews, and coordination with Legal and leadership to facilitate timely contract execution.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the proposal and contracting process.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal technical and operational teams to develop customer-specific service solutions.
- Serve as a commercial point of contact for assigned transactional opportunities, coordinating customer requests, technical clarifications, and proposal follow-ups.
- Prepare and present commercial materials, proposals, and business development updates for internal and external meetings.
- Develop, maintain, and improve standardized proposal templates, pricing tools, and commercial processes to increase efficiency and consistency across FSO, COE, and Repower offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity information, proposal records, commercial activities, and pricing documentation within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in renewable energy, power generation, business development, commercial operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing commercial proposals, RFP responses, customer quotations, or complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
