About the role

As a Bridge Line Coordinator, you will provide live, remote guidance to field technicians during on-site service visits via Teams bridge. You will help ensure technicians are prepared, follow the correct sequence of work, and complete all required documentation before each job closes.
This is an entirely remote-facing coordination role where success depends on clear communication, sound real-time judgment, and strong attention to documentation.
We will count on you to guide technicians throughout the full service visit, from preparation and check-in through execution, documentation, and final closeout.
Along the way, you will get to:
  • Prepare for each bridge by reviewing work orders, site or client-specific notes, Field Procedures, inventory or site documentation, bridge details, and POC information.
  • Guide technicians through check-in, site readiness, required tools and materials, task sequencing, documentation requirements, safety considerations, and other site-specific requirements.
  • Track work in real time by completing forms or checklists, cross-checking required photos and evidence, resolving documentation gaps, and recording remediation needs or open issues.
  • Complete bridge closeout by reviewing deliverables for completeness, confirming required evidence and platform updates, completing the final review with the technician, and ensuring required sign-off and checkout activities are completed.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in field service dispatch, technical support, project coordination, or a similar environment, ideally working directly with field technicians or client-facing site contacts.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply Field Procedures, surveys, checklists, and other job documentation across varying job types.
  • Comfort managing a Teams bridge and multitasking across a live call, digital forms, and documentation or status platforms, including basic audio/video troubleshooting and escalation workflows.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, quality assurance, adaptability, and critical-thinking skills, with close attention to documentation details such as serial numbers, counts, photo/evidence quality, and sign-off codes.
