Position Summary:

About this business area:

The Reliability Engineering & Operations (REO) team provides production support, operational engineering, automation, observability, and continuous improvement services for critical CVS Health applications and business capabilities. The team partners with application development, infrastructure, service management, and business stakeholders to improve system reliability, reduce operational risk, automate manual processes, and enhance service delivery through data-driven insights and engineering solutions. Our organization supports enterprise applications used across Pharmacy Services, Underwriting, Finance, and other key business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• The new hire will develop and implement automation solutions that streamline operational processes, improve compliance, and reduce organizational costs.
• Responsibilities include building integrations, automating workflows, developing scripts and tools, leveraging APIs, creating operational dashboards, and partnering with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• The role will require strong analytical, problem-solving, and software engineering skills to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$26.74 - $71.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
