Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Interns / Associate Software Engineers to join our Technology organization. This opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and contribute to technology projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
Understand business and technical requirements and help develop effective solutions.
Participate in development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.
Apply programming, data, automation, or engineering concepts based on the assigned technology stream.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Follow engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Good understanding of programming and computer science fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of databases, software development concepts, and modern technology practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different technology areas.

What We Look For

We are looking for candidates with strong technical fundamentals, logical thinking, curiosity, and a learning mindset. Candidates should be open to working across different technology streams based on organizational requirements and their demonstrated strengths.

Prior professional experience is not required. Academic projects, internships, certifications, hackathons, or other hands-on technology experience are an advantage.
