Associate Specialist, Credit and Collections

We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Produces monthly statistical analysis and reporting on credit vetting activities including adherence, acceptance and declined rates to support the investigation and analysis of accounts for collection • Monitors overdue accounts regularly and identifies delinquent customers • Analyzes information to compile specific detailed customer reviews to support the investigation and resolution of collection matters • Prepares reports on collection efforts, recovery rates, and trends. Presents these reports to senior team members for further analysis and/or support in the decision-making processes • Ensures communication with customers who have minor overdue balances, fostering positive relationships and resolving outstanding issues Grade Descriptor • Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline • Performs assignments using existing procedures • Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline • Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding Is this the job for you?
