Associate Support Consultant

Associate Support Consultant- Pune

This role serves as a front-line point of contact for customers with billing, account, and payment-related questions, handling issues via phone, email, and chat. The candidate will troubleshoot account and billing discrepancies, document cases for tracking and training purposes, and collaborate with Finance leadership to flag recurring issues or system improvements. Success in this role requires staying current on billing systems, policies, and managing support tickets according to SLA and priority guidelines.

Mandatory Skills

Required Experience: 1-3 years.

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, and Chat to help troubleshoot and resolve complex
• billing, account, and payment-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in
• the areas of account setup, billing discrepancies, payment processing, and system functionality issues.
• Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer
