Job Title: SAP Partner Demo Solutions Support – Support Associate / Consultant

Role Summary:

Support SAP partners globally in configuring and managing demo/test environments (Ariba, BTP, Fieldglass, etc.). Assist with adoption, integration, troubleshooting, and innovation of SAP solutions to enable partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and support partner demo/test tenants (e.g., Ariba, BTP)

• Guide partners through solution adoption, integration, and innovation

• Collaborate with SAP internal teams and ecosystem partners

• Resolve tenant issues, investigate root causes, and document best practices

• Standardize configurations and optimize lead times

• Enable demo setup based on partner business cases

• Publish knowledge articles to reduce repetitive issues

Focus Areas:

• SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain Collaboration)

• SAP Cloud Integration, BTP, and Cloud Lifecycle Management

• Integration with S/4HANA and 3rd-party systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• SAP Ariba upstream/downstream integration with S/4HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway

• Good knowledge of MM/ABAP/Basis, SLP, product sourcing

• Exposure to SAP SRM, SAP MM, BTP, Integration Suite, APIs

• Advantageous: Experience with Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP

• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in customer/partner-facing roles and production support

• Fast learner, team player, and proactive mindset
