Associate Technical Architect; Bangalore, India

We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to join our Data and AI Consulting team in Bengaluru. This is an amazing opportunity to work on data analytics, GenAI and ML projects with various stakeholders across the Drug Discovery lifecycle. You will support Subject Matter Experts (SME) in designing solutions that leverage AWS Services and Resources in the most efficient and effective way for our customer projects and you will have the opportunity to apply your software development skills on complex AI solutions.

What will you be doing in this role?

· Engage actively in customer meetings to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges, ensuring a thorough grasp of their needs and context.

· Perform comprehensive assessments to identify and recommend the most appropriate technological solutions, leveraging detailed analysis to address customer requirements effectively.

· Support the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, contributing to the creation of tailored strategies and ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs.

· Configure, set up, quality assure and optimize systems and applications, performing tasks such as, customer demos, testing, documentation and User Acceptance Testing support to ensure seamless functionality and performance.

· Document and report on technical configurations, setup processes, and troubleshooting activities, providing detailed records that support ongoing maintenance and future reference.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.

· 2+ years of experience in Python development.

· Experience working on AWS-based solutions, preferably using advanced AI AWS services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker and data pipelines such as Glue and Airflow.

· Demonstrated ability work on technology solutions in a regulated environment, with particular emphasis on the use of Amazon Cognito, IAM policy management and CloudTrail to provide a secure and observable security framework.

It would be great if you also had . . .

· Familiarity with LangChain / LangGraph or Amazon Strands

· Knowledge of or prior experience with Healthcare or Lifesciences domain.

· Experience with container platforms and serverless services (EKS, ECS or Fargate).

· Track record of continuous improvement and innovation leveraging trailblazing technologies.

· Strong communication & analytical skills.

Hours of Work

45 hours per week, full-time employment, Hybrid (2 days in the office week). Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be required with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
