Associate Technical Consultant

Role Description The Associate Technical Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves supporting client implementations by analyzing requirements, configuring solutions, and providing post‑deployment technical support. The Associate Technical Consultant will troubleshoot issues, assist in solution design, and collaborate with senior consultants, sales teams, and technical staff to ensure successful delivery. Day-to-day activities include participating in client meetings, preparing technical documentation, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries. The role also requires proactive communication with clients, continuous learning of Technova’s products and technologies, and contribution to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret technical requirements, and propose effective solutions.
• Consulting abilities, including client-facing communication, requirements gathering, and solution recommendation.
• Technical support and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and guide users through solutions.
• Basic sales and pre-sales capabilities, such as supporting product demonstrations, preparing technical inputs for proposals, and aligning solutions with client objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure is an advantage.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
