Associate - Telecom & Digital Infrastructure

In the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group, our Associates work across many verticals, including broadband and network infrastructure, data centers and cloud infrastructure, managed services, satellites, wireless infrastructure and digital infrastructure services. We provide a wide range of services, including general financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, special committee assignments, takeover defenses, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships/joint ventures and advice on capital structure. We’ll trust you to: Perform financial analyses and create models Prepare and create client presentations and meeting materials Interact with client senior executives Help to manage deal processes Mentor and coach analyst bankers You’ll need to have: At least 3 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred) Strong interest in Telecom & Digital Infrastructure investment banking, with prior relevant sector experience preferred Top academic performance with comfort operating in an environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with attention to detail Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to multi-task Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA and/or JD would be an asset What we offer: We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits. We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $185,000 - $250,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
