Responsibilities Key team member on commercial valuations (business and equity), valuation of intangible assets, modeling Carrying out financial analysis of company’s historic results and projections, conducting industry researches Preparing and delivering financial models Report writing Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company Requirements Strong academic record (at least bachelor’s degree), desirably in finance/economics At least 3 year experience in valuation or investment analysis Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques Understanding of applicability and specifics of each valuation approach in Ukrainian valuation practice Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS ACCA/CFA certificates would be a plus Good written and spoken English Good analytical skills Good team player Strong motivation for further professional development Strong interpersonal skills What we offer: Dynamic international environment, with a great team of dedicated professionals and innovation leaders within one of the most world-known names in Consulting; Challenging assignments and transparent path of career and professional growth; Fair compensation and social package; International assignment opportunities.
