Your new role


To provide comprehensive operational support to Financial Crime Operations teams in India, enabling effective workforce management & reporting, operational excellence, financial oversight, leadership coordination and colleague experience. The role is critical for maintaining accurate structures, reporting, and enabling smooth onboarding, transitions, and engagement initiatives:

• Finance & Governance: Maintain Workday structures for FCO India; validate monthly recharge data; publish Budget vs Actual reports for FCO India.

• Onboarding & JML: Ensure seamless onboarding for FCO colleagues; manage access and asset returns for movers/leavers; support technical training for new hires and process changes.

• Workforce Reporting: Deliver accurate headcount and attrition reports for FCO India; maintain backfill tracker; align demand reconciliation with central teams.

• Leave & Hybrid Planning: Manage leave and hybrid working trackers for FCO India; publish visibility reports for leadership.

• Engagement Budget: Track engagement spends vs budget for FCO India; provide monthly updates.

• Leadership Support: Coordinate Leadership operating rhythm, Executive visits, focus groups, townhalls and engagement initiatives.

• Communication – Coordinate all international communication within FCO India ( Viva Engagement, announcements, Updates etc.)


What you will bring

• Graduate in Finance, Business, (or a related discipline) will be highly regarded.

• Managing Workday structures, cost centers, and financial reconciliations.

• Handling onboarding and JML processes with HR systems (e.g., Workday).

• Delivering accurate headcount, attrition, and MI reporting.

• Ensuring governance compliance and audit readiness.

• Coordinating leadership rhythms, executive visits, and engagement activities

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Financial acumen, data analysis and reporting

• Stakeholder management and communication skills.

• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Attention to detail, administrative excellence
