  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive leadership roles in major gift fundraising, with a proven track record of independently securing $1M+ gifts

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a people leader, including of fundraising staff

  • Experience in successfully cultivating, soliciting and stewarding transformational ($5M+) gifts is an asset

  • Exceptional relationship management skills, including agility in navigating complex dynamics with donors, their families, and professional advisors

  • Demonstrated success engaging, motivating and supporting senior volunteers to advance major and transformational gift fundraising goals

  • Experience working in complex healthcare and/or academic environments is preferred
