Let’s create the future of AI in photography, together. About the Role We're looking for a Associate Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating high-performing video content across paid and organic channels. Someone with strong editing skills, a fast turnaround time, and a genuine interest in understanding photographers and the photography industry. 🚀What You’ll Do: Edit and produce video ads for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid channels Create multiple creative variations to support testing and optimization Use motion graphics and typography to supplement storytelling Turn customer stories, product demos, event coverage, and creator content into compelling video assets Edit short-form and long-form content for Aftershoot's social media and YouTube channels Collaborate with growth, social, and product marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative work Stay on top of video trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows Contribute creative ideas and help evolve Aftershoot's video content strategy 🎯What You’ll Bring: 2-3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related role Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Experience editing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and communication skills A portfolio showcasing your editing chops Interest in photography, music, cinema, or other creative interests is a plus! 🔗What You’ll Gain: The chance to work on an industry-defining product in the creative space Competitive pay Health & wellness benefits Learning & development budget Option to work remotely Flexibility with working hours - that means we don't believe in the traditional 9-5 work routine Your own custom work machine with your requested specifications (and colour 😉) 🫂You Will Work With Captain: Harshal Team Members: Aryan , Dima and the rest of the Aftershoot team.
