Role Description:

The Astrologer role at Astro Sewa is a full-time, remote position based in Nepal. In this role, the Astrologer will conduct individual consultations, interpret Kundalis, and provide guidance on personal, professional, and spiritual matters using established astrological practices. Day-to-day tasks include preparing charts and reports, answering client queries, and offering clear, compassionate recommendations aligned with Vedic traditions. The Astrologer will also contribute to written or recorded content such as daily horoscopes, educational articles, or short guidance pieces for the platform. Collaboration with the customer support and content teams to ensure timely, accurate, and respectful services will be an important part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Astrology, especially Vedic astrology, with proven experience in chart interpretation and Kundali analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Numerology and Palmistry to complement astrological consultations and provide multidimensional insights.
• Experience with Tarot readings and related intuitive or Psychic practices to support clients seeking broader spiritual guidance.
• Ability to communicate complex spiritual and astrological concepts in clear, respectful, and gender-neutral language.
• High level of empathy, active listening skills, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse clients.
• Comfort working remotely with a consistent full-time schedule and willingness to handle both in-person and online sessions.
• Prior professional experience in an astrology or spiritual advisory setting is preferred; relevant training, certifications, or apprenticeships are an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools for maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting online content.
