Attorney Partner

Overview We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our firm as an Equity Partner . This opportunity is designed for high-performing lawyers with an established, portable book of business who are looking for greater autonomy, upside participation, and a long-term growth platform. Our firm is in an aggressive growth phase with a clear path toward becoming a large-scale national practice. We move quickly, value business generation, and reward performance. Compensation The base pay range for this role is $250,000 – $350,000 per year.
