We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support a portfolio of international clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities, maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and assisting with compliance and financial reporting requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy CPA certification is preferred 2–3+ years of international accounting or bookkeeping experience (AU, NZ, UK, or US) for CPA candidates At least 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience for non-CPA candidates Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes Fundamental knowledge of GST and BAS preparation is an advantage Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willing to work in a hybrid set up and dayshift Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for multiple clients across various industries Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) Assist with ad hoc accounting, administrative, and client support tasks as required
