Your Role

As a Client Liaison Support, you are responsible for:

• Processing and coordinating construction stage invoices/build claims (main role)
• Following up with clients, brokers, and builders regarding payment status and updates
• Updating Salesforce records, workflow notes, and task tracking
• Managing inbox workflow and stakeholder follow-up
• Sending payment updates, receipts, and SMS notifications
• Assisting with operational reporting and workflow visibility
• Phone support for the office
• Assisting with document coordination and general workflow administration
• Escalating issues or delays to the Client Liaison Manager
• Monitoring of 3 inboxes (support, build claims, and client liaison) and working collaboratively with the other Beepo Client Liaison Support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a year of administration experience, and experience in working across departments would be a plus.
• Experience within property, finance, construction, or administration environments preferred
• Knowledge and experience in DocuSign, Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft programs like Word and Excel
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• High attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage follow-up and workflow tracking
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and systems
