AU Financial Accountant (AU Accounting Firm, WFH)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 2 to 3 years’ experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures.
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
• Excellent math skills with an attention to detail.
• Time-management abilities.
• Confidentiality.
• CA/CPA qualification is required.
• Advanced knowledge of software systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Xero.
  
  

Candidates who are available to start immediately will be highly regarded.

What will you do?

• Ability to gather and monitor financial data.
• Organising internal audits such as verification of sales and purchasing invoices.
• Analysing financial trends to support company strategic decisions.
• Preparation of EOFY recs to provide to external tax accountant.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and
• entering transactions across the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare, reconcile, and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling
• and analysing data from multiple financial systems.
• Basic understanding of Australian GST compliance.
