Audit and Assurance Services Manager - (JOB FB)

Location: Makati City

Work set up: Hybrid

Salary: up to 95, 000

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage the client audit engagement and engagement team assigned, which includes initial engagement planning, analysis of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentations and management letters and reports, and monitoring of engagement progress against budget and timeline.

•The work will involve the audit of companies in the banking or insurance industry. Accordingly, experience in these industries is necessary on top of external audit experience.

Qualification:

•Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

•Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

•Has 5–8 or more years of experience in external auditing across various industries, preferably with experience in audit and assurance services management.

•Has strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

•Has proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor audit teams.

•Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
