What we are looking for: At least 2 years of experience in management consulting for financial services and/or banking industry as quant/data scientist, experience in risk management, credit risk, risk modelling/validation, IRB, IFRS 9 or stress testing Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics) Strong analytical and quantitative background, with hands-on experience in risk management in banking Experience in programming languages and data structures. Relevant programming languages include Python, SAS, R, SQL, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences Fluent in German and English. Other languages will be valued Willingness to travel regularly for client work is essential Nice to have: Experience with PySpark and big data frameworks (e.g., Databricks, Hadoop) is a strong plus. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., BCBS 239, CRR/CRD, EBA Guidelines). Understanding of machine learning algorithms, AI / Generative AI and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib).
