Key Responsibilities: daily tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Coordinate with the patient, physician, and insurance company on the complete pre-certification process, including peer-to-peers and appeals when needed. Make calls to patients and insurance companies regarding the pre-certification process. Receive and process insurance information and forms from patients and insurance companies.
