Role Description The Automation Developer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions that support clients’ operational and strategic goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing and integrating AI-driven workflows, implementing process automation across various tools and platforms, and writing clean, well-documented code to support scalable automation systems. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. The Automation Developer will also monitor and optimize existing automations, conduct testing to ensure reliability and accuracy, and contribute to best practices for automation architecture and deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience designing and implementing end-to-end workflows.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, using modern languages, frameworks, and APIs to build scalable solutions.
• Background in Quality Assurance, including automated testing, validation, and performance monitoring of automation systems.
• Experience integrating third-party tools, data sources, and platforms (e.g., CRMs, marketing tools, payment systems) into unified workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in AI-driven solutions and digital transformation, with a willingness to continuously learn new tools and methodologies.
