Help a growing Microsoft MSP stop double handling data and build clean, reliable automation across its systems.
If you love connecting systems with APIs and webhooks, and you pick up new tools quickly, this role lets you shape how a growing business runs day to day.
About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing Australian Microsoft consultancy and managed services provider, ISO 27001 certified, serving organisations across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US. The team is fully remote and is investing in automation to keep up with its growth.
This is an internal role. You will work with the Head of Operations and the Technical Operations Manager to automate the company's own processes, so data is entered once, stays clean and flows to the right place.
What You'll Do
• Design, build, test and maintain internal automation workflows
• Connect business systems using APIs, webhooks and JSON
• Remove double data entry and build a single source of truth across tools
• Automate data flow, tasks, notifications, approvals and reporting
• Build with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate
• Learn and build in the company's tools, including Rewst, HaloPSA, NinjaOne and Xero
• Monitor automations, fix failures and keep everything running smoothly
• Document your workflows and suggest process improvements
You do not need to know every tool on day one.
The team will teach you its MSP tools. What matters most is a solid understanding of APIs and webhooks, and the ability to pick up new platforms quickly.
What You Bring
• Strong experience in automation, workflow development or systems integration
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and data mapping
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate
• Hands on experience with Zapier or Make.com
• A quick learner who picks up new tools and processes fast
• A confident communicator who speaks up, asks questions and shares ideas
• Builds secure, well documented solutions that are easy to support
• Nice to have: MSP experience, Rewst, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Xero, SQL or scripting
Why You'll Love This Role
• Own internal automation and see the impact of your work across the business
• Learn specialist MSP tools like Rewst with support from the team
• Join a company culture where your ideas are heard and acted on
• Work closely with the leaders who are driving automation
• Ongoing learning and Microsoft certification pathways
• Australian day hours on a fixed schedule
