Your role and responsibilities

ABB Machine Automation Division, also known to its customers as B&R, is an innovative automation company headquartered in Austria with additional offices around the world. As a major global provider of automation solutions, B&R develops, manufactures, and markets industrial electronics, software, and mechatronic solutions, as well as machine and factory automation technologies. Since 2020, the B&R automation portfolio has also included Codian delta robots. Through its innovative solutions, B&R continuously sets new standards and meets customer expectations.

Work model: #Li-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Identifying and resolving customers’ technical issues.
• Individually delivering projects involving machine and process control systems for B&R customers.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure the technical accuracy of proposed hardware and software configurations.
• Delivering internal and external technical trainings and presentations related to the B&R portfolio.
• Continuously updating and expanding knowledge of B&R hardware and software technologies.

Qualifications for the role

• University degree in Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in automation engineering or technical support roles.
• Technical knowledge in automation, programming, electrical engineering, and electronics.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and read electrical schematics.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
