Automation QA
Softup TechnologiesWe are currently seeking an Automation QA Engineer to join our team on a full-time B2B remote basis, working with one of the largest payment processing companies in the market, a leading fintech player powering high-volume, mission-critical platforms.
As an Automation QA Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for large-scale payment systems
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality releases and seamless integration of new features
- Build and execute automated test suites using Selenium (Java or PHP)
- Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and overall QA strategy
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in a fast-paced environment
- Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests
- Participate in testing activities for critical payment flows, ensuring reliability and performance
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- 5+ years of professional experience in QA and test automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java or PHP)
- Experience with Claude Code is important for this role
- Experience in building and maintaining tests for payment platforms is considered a strong advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Residence within the EU and eligibility to work on a B2B basis
