Capital Automotive Group is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Recruiter to join our Recruiting & Onboarding Team! This isn't just about filling open positions. Location: Charlotte / Salisbury, NC market

This is a market-based position with remote flexibility and regular travel to our dealerships. Ideal candidates will live in or near the Charlotte or Salisbury area and be comfortable traveling throughout their assigned market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with dealership managers to understand their hiring needs and help them build strong, successful teams.

• Manage the full recruiting process, from attracting candidates and reviewing applications to prescreening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.

• Build genuine relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and dealership leadership.

• Create engaging job postings that attract the right talent.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through friendly, timely, and professional communication.

• Proactively source candidates and develop talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with our Onboarding Team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new teammate.

• Visit dealerships throughout your assigned market to connect with leadership, understand their teams, and support recruiting initiatives.

• Represent Capital Automotive Group at career fairs, recruiting events, and community opportunities.

• Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and keep the hiring process moving!

• Recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience is a plus!

• Automotive or dealership experience is also a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable learning new technology and working with applicant tracking systems.

• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to dealerships throughout the assigned market.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
