Sales and Client OperationsJob Description:
The AWS Alliance Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the strategic partnership between Credera, Omnicom, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) across UK/I.
This is a senior, high‑impact sales focused role driving joint growth, aligning AWS capabilities to Credera’s strategic priorities, and accelerating revenue through co‑selling, marketplace innovation, and go‑to‑market leadership. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, and marketing —owning the alliance end‑to‑end and representing Credera at the highest levels within the AWS ecosystem.
Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Client Function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model, typically requiring three days per week onsite—either at a partner location or in a Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds, or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in-person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and partners. We recognise that great talent comes in many forms and welcome conversations about part-time or flexible working arrangements for this role.

- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with AWS and internal stakeholders, tracking performance and refining strategy.
- Represent Credera and Omnicom at UK/I and EMEA AWS partner events, industry forums and Summits
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Generate pipeline of between £3-5m consulting, engineering or run services revenue per year through AWS Marketplace listings, joint customer engagements, and co‑selling motions.
- Work with sales teams to convert AWS‑sourced and AWS‑influenced opportunities into closed deals.
- Identify new markets, verticals, and use cases for Credera offerings within the AWS ecosystem.
- Provide competitor and market insights to inform positioning and GTM strategy.
- Support the development of AWS customer case studies and success stories.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with capability leads to align solution roadmaps and GTM offerings with AWS services (e.g. AI/ML, GenAI, Security, DevOps).
- Support the achievement and maintenance of AWS Competencies (e.g. GenAI, FSI).
- Work with Credera marketing team to deliver co‑branded campaigns, webinars, and UK and EMEA events such as AWS Summits and AWS Industry forums
Operational Excellence
- Track and report on key alliance KPIs, including AWS‑influenced revenue, pipeline growth, certifications, and competency milestones.
- Work with Global AWS team to manage AWS Partner Central performance for EMEA, including opportunities, scorecard, maximising Partner Matching Enginer and Partner Revenue Measurement.
- Ensure adherence to AWS Partner Network (APN) requirements, including tier status and Marketplace obligations.
