Job Summary Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Project Manager specialized in CRM Platforms to join our team. This role involves managing enterprise IT projects, working within formal PMO governance, and collaborating with distributed delivery teams. Job Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively Operate within formal PMO governance and delivery models Utilize PMO and ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Collaborate with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams Communicate with stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting Job Requirements 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk Experience with PMO and ITSM tooling Experience working with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken Nice to Have Previous experience with CRM Platforms Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full-time consulting position Up to 40 hours per week Flexible core hours Fully remote
