Job Summary Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Migration Program Manager – HRIS to join our team. This role involves project management, coordination, and supporting business transformation projects, particularly in HR, technology, or operations. Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus, along with experience in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage migration programs within the HRIS domain Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business transformation initiatives Utilize project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery Track project progress using tools such as Azure DevOps Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure project timelines and milestones are met Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals Job Requirements 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO roles Experience supporting business transformation, HR, technology, or operational projects Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall Experience with project tracking tools like Azure DevOps Strong English proficiency, written and spoken Ability to follow software engineering best practices Experience with Git for version control Experience with API integration is a plus Experience with testing methodologies is a plus Nice to Have Oracle HCM knowledge Project management certification Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full-time consulting position Up to 40 hours per week Flexible core hours Fully remote
