AX-11 Senior Associate – Content Management

Job Summary Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Associate in Content Management to join our team. This role involves managing website usability, collaboration tools, content and document management, search engines, taxonomy/metadata, metrics reporting/analytics, workflow and process automation applications, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in knowledge management, preferably in a global professional services organization. Job Responsibilities Manage website usability and subscription management Utilize collaboration tools effectively Oversee content and document management processes Implement and optimize search engines Develop taxonomy and metadata strategies Generate metrics reports and perform analytics Automate workflows and processes Utilize AI agents to enhance operations Job Requirements 8-10 years of professional experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism, or Communications Advanced degree in a related field preferred Experience in knowledge management in a global professional services organization Consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, Viva Engage) Experience with managing offshore teams Nice to Have PMP Certification Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full-time consulting position Up to 40 hours per week Flexible core hours Fully remote
