AXIOM Consultant

–5+ years of AxiomSL experience as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator,

Business Analyst, or in a related role

● Experience implementing regulatory reporting solutions or delivering localized

customizations

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Proficiency with data-analysis tools and techniques

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

● Experience with business-process modeling and documentation tools

● Advanced English proficiency

● Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus

AxiomSL Expertise

● Hands-on experience with ControllerView

● Knowledge of data models and metadata management

● Experience developing rules and configuring workflows

● Knowledge of data mapping and transformation

● Understanding of data lineage and data-quality controls

● Experience with reconciliation processes

● Knowledge of regulatory report generation and exception management

Data Management Knowledge

● Strong understanding of data-management concepts, including:

○ SQL fundamentals

○ Database design

○ ETL processes

○ Data-quality management

○ Data reconciliation

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience working within managed cloud environments

● Previous experience supporting capital markets platforms and regulatory initiatives

● Experience within highly regulated banking environments

● Knowledge of enterprise data-governance practices
