Azure AI/ML Engineer / Gen AI Engineer

Location: Remote – Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong AI / Agent Engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Python, and Databricks. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, quickly build working AI prototypes, and take successful solutions into production.

Experience in the E-Commerce / Marketplace domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and Agentic AI.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Azure AI Generative AI, or related engineering roles.
• Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Develop AI agents capable of handling business workflows and use cases.
• Work with Python to build AI/ML applications and prototypes.
• Use Databricks for AI/ML and data processing workloads.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Rapidly develop POCs and prototypes and convert them into production-ready applications.
• Integrate LLMs, data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on Python experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or related engineering roles.
• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI/Azure AI
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures.
• Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand business use cases and convert them into technical solutions.
• Experience taking prototypes/POCs into production.

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience with LLM APIs and AI frameworks.
• Cloud platform experience.
• Experience deploying AI applications at scale.

Ideal Candidate : hands-on engineer who can go beyond experimentation — someone who can understand a business problem, build an AI prototype quickly, and deliver it as a production-ready solution.
