Azure Engineer

Azure Integration Engineer | Contract | 📍 Fully Remote (UK) | 💸 Up to £475 p/day (Inside IR35)

I'm working with an enterprise Integration Engineering team who need a hands-on Azure engineer to come in on a contract basis and hit the ground running. First up is a Hive to Databricks migration, with a batch of new file transfer interfaces to build quickly on their established Azure platform.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading discovery with business and technical stakeholders to scope each transfer

• Building reusable, config-driven workflows in Logic Apps and Data Factory

• Defining infrastructure as code in Terraform and shipping it through CI/CD

• Building secure-by-default integrations (managed identities, Key Vault, SSH, PGP)

What they're looking for:

• Hands-on Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, Storage and Key Vault

• Strong Terraform on Azure

• Solid file transfer experience: SFTP, SMB, S3 and AWS Transfer Family

• Someone who ramps up fast and delivers independently

Running until the end of January 2027, with likely extensions.
