The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills with experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available Azure hybrid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI)

Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) environments.

Design and implement highly available HCI clusters.

Configure Storage Spaces Direct (S2D).

Manage software-defined networking (SDN).

Implement Azure Arc integration.

Perform cluster validation, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cluster-related issues.

Execute migration projects from traditional virtualization platforms to Azure Local.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

Configure host pools, session hosts, application groups, and workspaces.

Optimize user experience and desktop performance.

Troubleshoot connectivity, FSLogix, profile, and authentication issues.

Integrate AVD with Entra ID and Hybrid Identity.

Configure autoscaling and cost optimization.

Support RemoteApp deployments.

Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud

Implement and support:

Windows Server

Hyper-V

Failover Clustering

File Servers

DNS

DHCP

Active Directory

Manage Azure Arc-enabled servers and services.

Design hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premises and Azure environments.

Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

Customer Engagement

Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

Lead troubleshooting sessions and root-cause analysis.

Work directly with Microsoft engineering and product teams for escalations.

Deliver technical workshops and solution reviews.

Document architecture, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.
