Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Security & Purview Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to drive customer success through architecture design, deployment guidance, optimization, and technical leadership across the Microsoft Security and Compliance ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, and Identity solutions, helping enterprise customers adopt and maximize Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting Microsoft Security and Compliance solutions.

Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 Security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.

Lead customer engagements, workshops, architecture reviews, and technical health assessments.

Drive adoption and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance, and risk management.

Architect and implement Microsoft Defender security solutions across endpoints, identities, email, and cloud applications.

Design enterprise identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Provide guidance on security best practices, regulatory compliance, governance, and information protection.

Conduct threat analysis and recommend security posture improvements.

Support migrations and modernization projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and customer executives to deliver business outcomes.

Create architectural documentation, deployment plans, and operational readiness materials.

Mentor customers and internal teams on Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies.
