Title: B-CPT-11559 Bilingual Construction Operations & Project Coordination Virtual Assistant
Independent Contractor – CPT-11559 Construction Operations & Project Coordination Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Entry-Advanced Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A growing Colorado-based custom home building and concrete business is seeking a full-time bilingual VA to support daily field communication, crew coordination, project follow-up, and back-office construction operations.
The VA will serve as a communication link between the owner, largely Spanish-speaking field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients when necessary. The immediate priority is creating a consistent daily flow of information across multiple active job sites, including morning coordination, progress follow-up, and end-of-day reporting.
As the VA becomes familiar with the business, responsibilities will expand into estimates, project scopes, material planning, vendor coordination, and other operational support.
Construction experience is not required. The client places greater importance on communication, listening, adaptability, follow-through, and the ability to process information accurately.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

- Assist with estimates using existing templates and previous project information
- Help prepare project scopes and material lists
- Build online material/vendor carts for owner review and approval
- Maintain project spreadsheets, files, cost-code information, and supporting documentation
- Assist with Contractor Foreman if implemented by the business
AI & Administrative Support
- Use Claude and other approved AI tools to support estimates, scopes, material planning, templates, and administrative work
- Work from existing examples and processes to create repeatable workflows
- Help document recurring processes as the position develops
