B2B Appointment Setter — Cybersecurity & Business Phone Systems

Pay: $18–$23/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Location: Remote / Work From Home In this role, you'll reach out to business owners and decision-makers about upgrading their phone systems (RingCentral) and strengthening their cybersecurity — asking smart questions, identifying which businesses are a good fit, and scheduling qualified appointments for our team. This is a relationship-driven, B2B calling role, not a script-reading job. This is not an entry-level or customer-support position. If your phone experience is limited to retail, food service, or inbound customer support, this is not the right role for you. We're specifically looking for someone with a background in outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead generation for a technology, SaaS, telecom, or IT/cybersecurity company. What you'll do Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers Ask smart, informed questions about their current phone system and security setup Identify businesses that are a genuine fit for RingCentral or our cybersecurity services Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team Keep accurate notes and update records in our CRM What you need (all required) At least 1–2 years of outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or inside sales experience — specifically in technology, SaaS, telecom, VoIP, IT services, or cybersecurity Working familiarity with business phone/VoIP systems (RingCentral, RingCentral competitors, or similar UCaaS platforms) or IT/cybersecurity concepts — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand what you're selling Comfortable and confident cold-calling business owners without a rigid script Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Reliable high-speed internet, your own computer, and a quiet place to work Available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
