What We Expect From You

• Build and grow B2B communities across platforms — Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and wherever the right business users actually hang out
• Plan and run engagement activities that make people want to show up, not just stay subscribed
• Build real relationships with business users and partners — not transactional check-ins, actual rapport
• Share updates, insights, and content that's genuinely useful to a business audience
• Collect feedback from the community and bring it back to internal teams in a way they can actually use
• Organize webinars, virtual sessions, and meetups that people attend and talk about afterward
• Keep conversations professional, helpful, and on-brand — without making the community feel policed

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Starting a conversation in the group that gets people actually responding
• Following up with a business user who went quiet three weeks ago
• Planning the agenda for an upcoming webinar
• Spotting a recurring complaint in the community and flagging it to the product team
• Welcoming new members and making sure they don't just lurk forever
• Thinking about what would make next month's engagement better than this month's

Requirements

• 3- 5 years of experience in B2B community management, B2B marketing, or partnerships in fintech sector(non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience managing online communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, or similar (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication skills — you write clearly, you listen well, and people feel heard around you
• Proven ability to build relationships and sustain engagement over time, not just at launch
• Organized enough to manage multiple platforms and conversations without things falling through the cracks
