We're looking for 4 Data Engineers to join a high-impact People Analytics transformation project, focused on migrating HR reporting from Qlik to Power BI and building a new enterprise data product.

📍 Location

Remote from Portugal, with occasional visits to the client's offices in Lisbon (Telheiras / Campo Grande) when required.

About the Project

You'll be part of a team responsible for:

• Migrating HR reporting from Qlik to Power BI
• Building a new data product ("Yang")
• Designing and developing scalable data models on GCP
• Delivering secure, high-performance datasets and semantic models for Power BI consumption
• Implementing best practices in data engineering, governance, and analytics

Senior Data Engineer #1

Data Engineering & Data Modelling Focus

Required Skills

• Strong experience with:
• dbt
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• BigQuery
• Airflow
• CI/CD practices (GitHub)
• Data modelling expertise in BigQuery
• Experience designing datasets and models optimized for Power BI consumption
• Strong understanding of data engineering best practices

Senior Data Engineer #2

Power BI, BigQuery & GCP Security Focus

Required Skills

• Strong experience with BigQuery and Power BI
• Knowledge of GCP security and networking concepts, including:
• VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC)
• IAM
• PAM
• User segregation
• Restricted/no-data-extraction environments
• Ability to engage with client security and infrastructure teams
• Experience building semantic models in Power BI
• Strong understanding of data access and security best practices when integrating Power BI with BigQuery

Junior Data Engineer

Required Skills

• Power BI development
• Semantic data modelling
• Dashboard development
• Experience working with large datasets
• Focus on performance, scalability, and data security

Nice to Have

• SQL
• dbt
• BigQuery
• Airflow
• CI/CD with GitHub
