B2B Outbound/Inbound Sales Representative - Work From home

We’re looking for a driven Inbound Sales Agent who can respond fast, handle high-volume leads, and confidently set appointments using Zillow Flex workflows. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and love talking to people, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead Engagement & Speed-to-Lead

• Respond to all inbound leads within 5 minutes (30 seconds for high-priority leads)
• Accept all live Zillow calls (Never Decline policy)
• Follow the ALM Script (Appointment, Location, Motivation) to book showings on the first call
• Make at least 150 outbound dials per day (follow-ups, warm & cold leads)

Qualification & Appointment Setting

• Use the LPMAMA method to qualify leads
• (Location, Price, Motivation, Agent, Mortgage, Appointment)
• Assign leads using Agent Coverage Maps and real-time calendars
• Schedule appointments in Follow Up Boss (FUB) and Google Calendar with complete details

Lead Nurture & Database Management

• Execute a 30-day blitz for unresponsive leads (2x daily outreach)
• Keep lead records accurate and updated in FUB (tags, stages, notes)
• Handle special cases (commercial land, lease clients) and route appropriately

Professional Handoffs

• Introduce agents and clients via group text
• Confirm appointments 24 hours and 1 hour before the showing
• Follow up with agents after appointments to update lead status

• What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and phone skills
• Sales, real estate, or call center experience is a plus
• Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced workflows
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Experience with Zillow Flex or CRM tools is an advantage
