B2B Product Marketing Lead
About OpenArt
OpenArt is an AI storytelling and visual creation platform used by millions of creators worldwide. We're building the next generation of creative tools powered by cutting-edge AI—enabling anyone to create videos, visuals, characters, and stories with unprecedented speed and imagination.
Our enterprise platform helps marketing, creative, and studio teams at leading brands, agencies, and entertainment companies accelerate image and video production.
OpenArt was selected as one of five companies in the 2026 Disney Accelerator and recognized by Notable Capital’s Prosumer AI 40 as one of the most innovative AI-native companies.
We believe the future of creativity is AI-native, and we're shaping that future.
The Role
We're hiring a B2B Product Marketing Lead to own how OpenArt's B2B brand, products and solutions are positioned, launched, and sold - someone who is both a great content writer and experienced product marketer.
The job has two halves that reinforce each other:
1) When an enterprise feature ships (and something ships every two-week sprint), you own the launch: the messaging framework that spells out what it means for each buyer - agency creatives, brand and corporate teams, filmmakers and studios, technical and compliance reviewers - the campaign plan across channels, and the copy itself.
2) You will also co-build the enterprise content strategy and run the engine: turning our webinars, customer stories, and internal data into assets that work at every stage of the buyer journey, from top of funnel (e.g., thought leadership articles), middle of funnel (e.g., solution briefs), to bottom of funnel (e.g., battle cards). You will be hands-on writing the content, from the industry reports that earn attention, to the case studies that drive leads, and sales enablement material that closes deals.
You'll sit at one of the most important businesses in the company, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise GTM, while partnering with core product teams to learn what's shipping, with brand and product marketing on the consumer side to keep one consistent OpenArt story, and with email, social, paid, and design teams to get your work into the market.
Why this is exciting
Define an industry as it forms: enterprise AI creative production is being invented right now, and your words are how the market learns what it is.
Be a core member in the most important business of a leading company in the space; report directly to the Head of Enterprise GTM
Build real launches of enterprise features that will shape the future of creativity and tech, and own it end to end, from messaging to metrics.
Work from the frontline and with exciting enterprises: your messaging is informed by live conversations with the world's largest brands, agencies, studios and filmmakers.
Full-funnel range: a data-driven industry report one week, a product launch the next, a battle card after that - never one content type on repeat.
What You'll Do
Own enterprise product launches
Run the go-to-market campaign for every enterprise-facing feature launch: the launch plan, timeline, and which team delivers what.
Build the messaging framework for each launch: positioning, value propositions, and proof points tailored to each buyer type (agency creatives, brands and corporates, filmmakers and studios, technical and compliance reviewers), written so any team can produce consistent assets from it.
Write the launch assets yourself: blog posts, landing page copy, email announcements, ad copy briefs, and social copy.
Sit in the product and marketing weekly sync so enterprise launches are planned, never discovered.
Build and run the full-funnel content engine
Co-build the enterprise content strategy and calendar: what we publish, for whom, at what cadence, and the goal each piece serves.
Top of funnel: thought leadership and gated assets (short, design-forward ebooks and industry reports built on OpenArt's own data) that speak to the real anxieties and ambitions of creative-industry buyers.
Middle of funnel: turn every webinar, event talk, and customer story into a full set of assets - solution briefs, case studies, blog posts, email nurture, and social. One anchor, many uses.
Bottom of funnel: comparison and ROI content, plan-clarity material (Business vs. Enterprise), and security and trust content that helps committees say yes.
Arm the sales team
Produce sales enablement that reps actually use: one-pagers, pitch deck copy, objection-handling guides, and battle cards grounded in what buyers say on real calls.
Own competitive positioning
Track the AI creative tools market and maintain living battle cards and competitive pages: where we win, where we're exposed, and how we respond.
Make our two-plan story sharp: when the Business Plan is the right first step, what triggers the move to Enterprise, and how to keep buyers from getting confused between them.
Feed pricing, packaging, and promotion decisions with competitive and buyer input.
Measure and iterate
Track what each piece is for and whether it worked - downloads, qualified leads, influenced pipeline - and change course fast when something doesn't land.
Join sales calls and industry events to hear buyers firsthand and feed what you learn back into messaging and content.
What We're Looking For
6+ years across B2B product marketing and content marketing, with a portfolio showing both: messaging frameworks or launch campaigns you owned, and assets you personally wrote.
Exceptional writing across formats: long-form reports, case studies, landing pages, email, and social, with the editorial judgment to make complex topics clear and compelling for enterprise buyers.
Launch ownership: you have taken enterprise products or features to market end to end - messaging, plan, assets, coordination across teams - and can show the results.
Buyer instinct: you build messaging from sales call listening, customer interviews, and direct conversations, and you can translate one product into different value stories for different buying roles. You're excited to learn how an ad agency, an in-house brand team, a Fortune 500 procurement committee, a film studio, and a VFX house each buy differently.
Speed from raw material: you can turn a one-hour webinar transcript or a feature spec into a publishable asset set without hand-holding.
Low ego, fast iteration: you treat every piece as a hypothesis, read the data, and rewrite without attachment.
AI-native operating habits: you use AI tools daily for drafting, repurposing, and research while keeping the judgment and quality bar human.
Comfortable with ambiguity: two-week sprints, changing priorities, and a market that is being defined as we go.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to advertising, media, entertainment, or creative-industry buyers, or working inside those industries.
Experience at a company with both a self-serve and a sales-led motion (PLG to enterprise).
Original research or data-report development.
HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation.
Hands-on use of AI image and video tools.
Work setup
San Carlos, California.
Hybrid work arrangement.
Full-time position.
