B2B Enterprise Sales Lead – Pensions & Retirement (Europe / UK, Remote)

About the role

MyPensionIQ is an early-stage, AI-powered retirement intelligence platform. It gives professionals one clear view of all their pensions (state, employer and private) across European markets, and gives employers a high-value financial wellbeing benefit.

We're looking for a founding B2B Sales Lead to open doors with enterprises and multinationals and to build partnerships with pension and retirement providers. You will collaborate with the CEO, work closely with the founding team, shape our sales playbook, and help land our first flagship clients ahead of our 2027 launch.

Compensation

This role starts on an equity-only basis, with no fixed salary at first. It suits someone who believes in the opportunity and doesn't depend on this role for a fixed income in the early stage. Cash compensation will be reviewed as we raise funding and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win enterprise and multinational clients, selling MyPensionIQ as an employee benefit to HR, Reward and Benefits leaders.
• Run the full sales cycle with the founders, from outreach and demos through pilots to signed agreements.
• Build partnership and white-label deals with pension providers, insurers, administrators, consultancies and benefits brokers.
• Feed buyer insights back into product, pricing and messaging.
• Set up the sales foundations: CRM, collateral and a repeatable process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales or business development.
• Experience in pensions, employee benefits, insurance, wealth management, HR tech or financial wellbeing.
• An established network of HR or Benefits decision-makers, or of pension industry players, in Europe or the UK.
• A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup.
• Fluent English. French, German, Dutch or other European languages are a plus.
• Based in Europe or the UK, with the right to work there.
