Web Tonic is a performance-driven, 360° digital marketing agency: Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, web design, and full growth marketing programs. We work with fast-scaling brands and enterprise accounts across North America, the Middle East and Asia. Our clients don't buy "services" — they buy revenue, and our sales conversations are strategic, technical and consultative.
You own new business from qualified conversation to signed contract. You are not an SDR reading a script and you are not an account manager babysitting existing clients — you are a closer who can hold a credible strategy conversation about a prospect's Google Ads account, SEO footprint and Meta creative, then translate it into a scope the prospect wants to buy.
All of our leads are currently inbound but if you have contacts in the industry and want to bring your own leads/clients, that will be asset.
- Run discovery and closing calls with inbound leads and referrals (typically $5K–$25K/mo retainers).
- Diagnose a prospect's current paid + organic setup live on the call: account structure, wasted spend, tracking gaps, keyword/content gaps, creative fatigue.
- Build and present scopes of work, pricing and proposals with our strategy team.
- Handle objections on price, contract length, attribution and "we already have an agency".
- Own your pipeline end to end in the CRM: follow-ups, multi-threading, forecasting.
- Feed the delivery team a clean handoff so what you sold is what gets built.
- Contribute to outbound plays and partnership/referral sourcing when pipeline allows.
- 2+ years selling in a digital marketing / growth agency as a sales associate, AE or closer (agency experience is non-negotiable).
- Documented closing record on retainers or projects of $5,000+/mo — you can name deal sizes, cycle length and win rate.
- Genuine working fluency in Google Ads, SEO and Meta Ads — enough to read a report, spot the problem and explain it in plain business terms.
- Understanding of growth marketing fundamentals: funnel math, CAC/LTV, ROAS, attribution, lead quality.
- Native level of English fluency
- Reliable home office, camera-on, quiet environment.
- Heavily using AI to optimize your work and efficiency levels (this will need to be demonstrated).
- French bilingual (part of our client base is in Quebec).
- CRM/automation comfort (Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel), Looms and async proposal walkthroughs.
- Base: $3,000/month.
- Commission: 5% of the initial contract sold (Inbound). 7% for outbound.
- New client bonus: $500 one-time per new closed client, any SOW, when the client is invoiced $2,500+. $250 if invoiced below $2,500.
- No cap. Paid monthly.
Our average initial contract is around $20,000 USD. We are currently looking to close two clients per month, and we currently have around 150 inbound leads per month. Out of those, 60% are qualified, and 40% end up booking a meeting. Our conversion rate is too low right now, hence the need for an experienced sales associate.
- Send your CV plus a short answer (written or 3-minute Loom) to these three:
- The largest agency deal you personally closed. Size, cycle, and what unlocked it.
- A prospect running Google Ads and SEO with flat revenue for 6 months: what are the first three things you ask?
- Which channel do you sell most convincingly, and which one would you need to lean on a strategist for?
Give me details of the B2B marketing packages that you are used to selling: pricing, inclusion, sales cycle length
