B2B Sales Director

WE’RE HIRING: B2B SALES DIRECTOR – TEXTILE INDUSTRY | PAKISTAN

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Director to lead the expansion of an industrial fabric business in Pakistan and international markets.

This is a senior, highly autonomous commercial role for someone who already understands the textile industry, has a strong B2B client network, and is comfortable taking full ownership of market development and revenue growth.

📍 Location: Pakistan | Home-based + Client Visits

💰 Compensation: Negotiable + Attractive Uncapped Sales Incentives

👤 Reporting to: CEO

What you'll be responsible for

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for the industrial fabric portfolio

• Expand the company's market presence and build strategic relationships with brands, manufacturers, distributors, and OEM/ODM partners

• Leverage and further develop your own network of B2B textile clients

• Personally negotiate and close high-value, long-term commercial contracts

• Work closely with Production, R&D, and Logistics teams to develop suitable solutions for clients

• Monitor customer demand, market trends, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities

• Represent the business at international textile exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

• Take ownership of revenue, market share, and overall commercial performance

We’re looking for someone with

✅ At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial fabrics or textile materials

✅ A strong and established international client network

✅ Solid knowledge of the global textile supply chain and international trade

✅ Proven ability to independently develop markets and close commercial deals

✅ Strong commercial mindset, ownership, and negotiation capabilities

✅ Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage
