About the Role

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team on a remote, commission-based basis. You'll be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and booking qualified meetings for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call leads to book qualified sales meetings
• Qualify leads based on client-specific criteria
• Set and confirm appointments directly on client calendars
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, targeting, and outreach strategy

Requirements

• Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in cold calling/outbound sales
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based, remote role
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
• Fluent English communication skills

Compensation

• Commission-based: earn per qualified meeting booked and accepted (rate discussed during interview)
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
