WE’RE HIRING: LEISURE SALES MANAGER (B2B)

📍 Ho Chi Minh City | Remote

Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for an experienced Leisure Sales Manager to drive B2B revenue growth and strengthen partnerships across the Inbound & Domestic Travel Agent (TA) market.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven hospitality sales professional with a strong TA network, solid market knowledge, and the ability to turn long-term relationships into sustainable booking pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new leisure segments, business channels, and revenue opportunities

• Develop sales strategies to maximize ADR and occupancy

• Acquire and grow relationships with Inbound and Domestic Travel Agents

• Build a strong pipeline of future bookings with top-tier TA partners

• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, FAM trips, and participate in major travel trade shows

• Understand partner needs and provide tailored hospitality solutions

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal and negotiation to execution

• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on campaigns and guest experience delivery

• Maintain CRM data and execute structured follow-ups to strengthen long-term partner loyalty

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in hospitality or service industries

✅ Strong track record within the Leisure / Travel Agent segment

✅ Deep understanding of the Inbound and Domestic travel ecosystem

✅ Strong network with Travel Agents and key industry decision-makers

✅ Excellent negotiation and value-based selling skills

✅ Professional-level English communication

✅ Strong commercial and strategic thinking

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field

⭐ Experience with premium resort or hospitality brands is highly preferred
