The Sales Marketing Coordinator supports both the leisure sales and sales marketing functions, handling the execution work that keeps accounts, campaigns and events moving. The role maintains CRM records and sales reporting, prepares collateral and presentations, supports trade show and client event logistics and serves as a first point of contact for travel advisor and group client requests.
This is a hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX and will report to the Sales Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Sales Support
- Maintain CRM records, account files and sales activity in Delphi.
- Pull and format revenue and production reports for advisor, consortia and group accounts.
- Respond to inbound travel advisor and group inquiries, routing qualified leads to managers
- Build call lists and prospect research for sales trips, office visits and webinars
- Process rate agreements, commission questions and advisor program enrollments
- Track amenity requests, VIP arrivals and site visit details with property teams.
Marketing Support
- Assemble sales presentations, proposal decks and case studies using approved templates.
- Keep the group sales webpage, travel agency platforms and collateral library up to date.
- Support account-based marketing using target account lists and personalized outreach materials.
- Manage registration, booth logistics, shipping and materials for industry events.
- Support client events with guest lists, invitations, name badges and on-site materials.
- Handle post-event lead capture, CRM data entry and follow-up tracking.
Administration
- Process invoices, expense reports and purchase orders for the team.
- Maintain the shared team calendar for events, campaigns and deadlines
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, events, or hospitality operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Marketing
- Working knowledge of Delphi or a comparable hospitality CRM
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Clear, professional writing and comfort communicating with travel advisors, clients, and property teams
- Highly organized, able to manage competing deadlines from two managers without dropping details
- Interest in premium hospitality, wellness, and travel
- Willing to travel for trade shows and client events
