Are you an experienced SAP professional looking to play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation?

We are currently hiring four senior SAP Technical Stream Leads / Architects to join a strategic ERP transformation programme based on RISE with SAP. These positions offer the opportunity to influence architecture, governance, delivery standards and technical decision-making within a complex enterprise environment.

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

🏢 Working Model: Minimum 3 days per week onsite in Lisbon, potentially increasing during critical project phases

🗣️ Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English required

🎓 Education: Relevant university degree preferred

📅 Contract: Long-term engagement

1. SAP Cloud Architect & Advisor

Your Mission

Lead the end-to-end technical architecture of the SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring seamless integration between SAP Cloud solutions, SAP BTP, Business Data Cloud and legacy systems.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Basis experience
• 5+ years as SAP Cloud Architect
• Experience in at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS environments
• Strong understanding of hybrid architectures
• Experience defining cloud security, connectivity, performance and resilience strategies
• Ability to establish and govern technical architecture standards

Key Responsibilities

• Define cloud architecture strategy
• Lead technical governance activities
• Ensure scalability, security and operational excellence
• Advise stakeholders on RISE with SAP best practices
• Collaborate with implementation partners and programme leadership

2. SAP Data Management Technical Stream Lead

Your Mission

Lead the data migration and governance strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, ensuring data integrity, consistency and high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of ERP data migration experience
• Participation in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong experience with SAP Data Services
• Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks
• Experience implementing the SAP Business Partner model
• Experience with Selective Data Transition is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Define migration and data quality strategy
• Lead master, transactional and historical data migrations
• Establish reconciliation and validation processes
• Define governance standards and controls
• Coordinate business and technical data streams

3. SAP Integration & Extensibility Technical Stream Lead

Your Mission

Lead the integration and extensibility workstream, ensuring interoperability, scalability and compliance with SAP Clean Core principles.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP experience
• Leadership experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects
• Expertise in SAP BTP
• Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI
• Knowledge of Event Mesh and SAP AIF
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM
• Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, OData and SOAP services
• Strong knowledge of side-by-side extensibility concepts

Key Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture standards
• Lead SAP and non-SAP system integrations
• Establish API-first principles
• Govern interfaces and integration patterns
• Drive SAP BTP extension initiatives

4. SAP Testing & Quality Technical Stream Lead

Your Mission

Lead the programme-wide testing and quality assurance strategy, ensuring solution readiness and successful deployments throughout the SAP S/4HANA journey.

Key Requirements

• Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects in similar leadership roles
• Proven QA and Test Management leadership experience
• Knowledge of ALM and testing platforms
• Experience with Test Automation solutions
• Experience with Performance Testing methodologies
• Understanding of SAP landscape and environment management
• Experience defining quality gates and release criteria

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute testing strategy
• Coordinate Integration, Regression, Performance and UAT testing
• Manage defect lifecycle and reporting
• Establish programme quality standards
• Support go/no-go decisions for releases and deployments
