About Seoul Robotics
Seoul Robotics builds autonomous driving systems for factories, ports, logistics yards, and airports. We offer two approaches: a vehicle-centric system, where autonomy runs on the vehicle itself, and an infrastructure-centric system, where the site coordinates and drives vehicles. That lets us automate whole operations, not just one vehicle at a time.
We work with global automakers and industry leaders, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Volvo CE, Mando, LG, and SKT. We are expanding quickly across ports, logistics yards, and airports.

Mission of the Role
피지컬 AI·자율주행 분야를 중심으로 서울로보틱스의 정부지원사업을 맡아줄 분을 찾습니다. 맞는 국가·지자체 사업을 찾고, 제안서를 써서 수주하고, 최종보고서와 정산까지 마무리하는 역할입니다.
부처, 한국연구재단·IITP·KEIT 같은 전문기관, 지자체, 컨소시엄 파트너와 함께 일하며, Strategy 팀 소속으로 CFO에게 보고합니다.
업무 비중은 대략 정부사업 70%, IP 관리 10%, IPO 지원 20%입니다. IPO 업무는 상장 준비 기간에만 하고, 끝나면 그 시간을 정부사업과 IP에 씁니다.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. 정부사업 (~70%)
- 피지컬 AI·자율주행·로보틱스·스마트시티·ITS 등 서울로보틱스 사업과 맞는 신규 R&D 사업 발굴 및 기획 (기획연구, 예타 대응 포함)
- 제안서 작성, 대학·출연연·기업과 컨소시엄 구성
- 정부과제 포트폴리오 운영, 엔지니어링팀·파트너·기관과 일정 조율
- 협약, 예산, 정산, 보고서 등 행정 업무
2. IP 관리 (~10%)
- 특허 포트폴리오 관리 전반(출원·등록·갱신·연차료 등 행정 포함), 정부과제 성과 IP는 엔지니어링팀·외부 변리사와 함께 출원
3. IPO 지원 (~20%, 상장 준비 기간에만)
- 코스닥 기술특례상장 기술성평가 준비: 평가 자료 작성, 모의평가, 평가기관·주관사 대응
Basic Qualifications
- 관련 분야 석사 이상
- 정부 R&D 또는 공공사업 기획·관리 경력 10년 이상
- 정부지원사업 수주 및 수행 실적 (연구책임자·실무책임자 경험이면 더 좋습니다)
- 제안부터 정산까지 국가 R&D 프로세스에 대한 실무 이해
- 정부 대상 기획서·제안서·보고서를 잘 쓰는 분
- 한국어 원어민, 업무 가능한 영어
Preferred Qualifications
- 이공계 박사 또는 출연연 근무 경험
- 피지컬 AI, 자율주행, 로보틱스, 스마트시티, ITS 분야 사업 경험
- 기술성평가, 기술가치평가, IP 관리 경험
- 기술평가사, 기술경영사 등 관련 자격증
